What is Bahama Kin? well folks, long ago  at Waterstreet Station in T-Town Ct. I Robert M. MacKinnon Was the Manager of Heavy Metal Rock Group "Critical Condition". Who were opening for Society's Children. The Band finished up the nights show. and were in the dressing room downstairs. I was comfortably Seated At the Bar. a nice METAL chick desides to sit by me, Says hello, I responded with an array of promotional items, and a "Hey good to see ya". She replies, Whats your name Dude!,  I (with 5 shots and several beers bubbling) Responded trying to say Bob MacKinnon, it reached her ear as Bahama Kin. She said "Bahama Kin! Cool!...I was like "Bahama Kin?" and said hey I like that, I told her my Real Name, and told her from now on I would use Bahama Kin as a pen name, Stage & Recording name. She shook my hand twice. I bought her a Drink, we chatted, After that evening's adventure, and to this day it has been my Pleasure to carry on that womans interpretation of Bob MacKinnon = BAHAMA KIN
